Here’s the new trailer I cut for our film, Remembering John Marshall, a short documentary that presents a brief portrait of John Kennedy Marshall, the late filmmaker and activist who began his career in the 1950s documenting the lives of the Ju/’hoansi people of Namibia, among the last remaining hunter-gatherers. The film will screen this week as part of the Retrospective: The Films of John Marshall, at the Anthology Film Archives in New York City on Wednesday evening, March 7th and Thursday Evening, March 8th, 2007, and at the Washington, D.C. Independent Film Festival on Saturday, March 10, 2007.
