Privacy Policy

The Kino-Eye.com Privacy Policy was developed as an extension of our personal commitment to communicate and share information with integrity as a responsible member of the professional and artistic community.

If you choose to communiate with us through email, the contact form, or posting a comment on this web site, we may retain the content of your communication together with your name, email address, web address, and our responses. We will not disclose the information to any third-parties except in the course of reasonable personal communications, for example, “hey Bill, I think you should meet Sandra, who has written some really cool Java code.” And of course, any comments will be posted to the web site and will be available to all site visitors (however, we do not post your email address in comments). We will never sell our mailing list or contact list to a third part for the purpose of mass mailings. We hate spam and spammers and want no part of their activities. On the other hand, personal communication and professional networking requires the disclosure of information on a case by case basis. Therefore, by using this Web site, posting comments, sending us email, or using the contact form, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information that you disclose to us.

If we change our privacy policies and procedures, we will post those changes at this URL to keep you aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we may disclose it.
